A 26,600 square foot interior LEED renovation of three floors into a mix of open floor plans and private offices, incorporating the use of interior glass to allow daylight into the office spaces. Plans preserved as much of the original historic features of the 2nd oldest building in Grand Rapids, the Flat Iron Building.
The renovations to the Smith, Haughey, Rice & Roegge offices received an Excellence in Construction award from ABC of West Michigan for Historical Renovation.
