INTERIOR RENOVATIONS TO A STUDENT LIVING COMMUNITY
Project Overview
Oxford West Apartments is a 303-unit, 545-bed student housing community in Oxford, Ohio. Wolverine Building Group partnered with RISE Real Estate Company to renovate the property.
Renovations consisted of upgraded stainless steel appliances, the addition of a washer and dryer in every unit, updated counter tops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures.
This project serves upperclassmen and graduate students at Miami University.
