SIZEABLE SAND PROCESSING ADDITION
Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group completed a sizeable sand processing expansion at Nugent Sand in Muskegon, Michigan.
The new metal building contains seven floors, all of which required a unique bracing system, with integrated steel grating throughout and a steel staircase for access. Construction was challenging as the building stands at 100-feet-tall; this great height created issues for our crew. In addition, the project had an extremely tight schedule which required a significant amount of overtime work. Our crews regularly worked from dusk until dawn to meet the agreed-upon completion date and ensure a satisfied client.
