NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A MEIJER GAS STATION AND C-STORE
Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group was hired to demolish an outdated Meijer gas station and c-store and replace it with an upgraded gas station and c-store at a new location in Walker, Michigan.
The upgraded facility contains a spacious c-store with groceries, beverages, snacks, and ready-made meals. It also contains a full-service Starbucks with ample seating and a convenient drive-thru. The gas station portion features 18 fuel pumps and four Tesla charging stations.
