Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group completed a major interior renovation of the historic Lowell Showboat. An icon in the City of Lowell since 1931, the Showboat has served as a gathering place for residents and members of the local community.
Wolverine’s work on the Showboat consisted of an interior fit-out, including interior framing, finishing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Along with completing the construction work, our team supported the City of Lowell in their Capital Campaign to raise funds for the project. Our marketing team collaborated with the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce on a community engagement initiative to promote local interest in the project. By utilizing our Wolverine Impact Fund, we initiated a donation-matching program for a portion of the Capital Campaign.
Wolverine’s team was proud to offer our time and talents to the benefit of this community destination and local landmark.
