Adapting a Chicken Coop into Healthcare Manufacturing
Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group performed a complete renovation to what was once a dirty chicken coop and turned it into Solaire Medical, now InnerSpace.
All the floors were ground down and polished, while a large amount of dust and dirt were removed from the steel. The 40,930 sq. ft. building received a
complete renovation to transform the space into a contemporary, vibrant corporate office and manufacturing space.
This Design Build project included Clean Rooms, advancing Wolverine’s experience with this niche healthcare construction.
