NEW CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE
Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group was selected to build a 300,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building warehouse and distribution center in Holland, Michigan for Highpoint Real Estate and Development.
The project involved the new construction of the large metal building and the creation of office space. The new warehouse contains 24 loading docks. Extensive site work was required to raise the site and the building to the appropriate level. This project was on an accelerated schedule. Our self-perform steel erection team began in January, which required work in the harsh Michigan winter to complete the work. Ultimately, the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
The warehouse is currently leased to Perrigo.
