Project Overview
The Mercy Health St. Mary’s Hauenstein Center combines state-of-the-art critical and acute care for those with neurologically related diseases.
The project involved the construction of a four-story, 140,000-square-foot facility with an emergency/trauma center and 45 private patient rooms located on the main floor. It also required the construction of a parking deck adjacent to the facility with enough space for 425 vehicles.
The $33 million facility was designed to maximize efficiency and convenience for the users, while minimizing the impact on the environment. It is LEED Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and received the Green Building of the Year Award at the Business Review Green Awards presented by MiBiz.
