Project Overview
Our multi-unit residential team recently completed the first of three phases of construction on Elevation, a market rate housing community in Okemos, Michigan.
Phase one involved the construction of eight, four-story buildings and a leasing office for a total of 194,000 square feet and 170 units. Amenities include private patios, in unit washers and dryers, private meeting spaces, and a fitness center and game room. When all three phases of the project are complete, a total of 394 units will be available.
This is the first new market rate multi-family development in Meridian township in nearly 25 years.
