NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
Project Overview
This project consisted of the construction of a new pedestrian bridge that spans the East Beltline, one of the busiest roads in Grand Rapids. The bridge connects the East and West campuses of Calvin University, providing safe passage for students as well as serving as a main route for the East campus utilities. The pedestrian overpass was awarded the ABC Construction Award for Specialty Structures – Universities.
