Project Overview

Our team constructed this mixed-use affordable housing development on behalf of our repeat client, Brookstone Capital.

The project involved the construction of a 105,000-sqaure-foot, seven-story building with 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Floors one through three are comprised of open air parking, while floors four through seven are comprised of 48 one-bedroom and two-bedroom low income and market rate apartment units. The stylish, modern building is Green Enterprise certified and was supported by MSHDA funding.
